Hazmat Reponse to Assist New Castle County

The Kent County Decon Team was alerted to assist New Castle's team at the scene of a odor in a buidling. Due to several alarms in their respecive districts, including a working house fire where a MAYDAY was declared. Due to manpower being spread thin, the OIC for Centerpoint Blvd requested the Kent County team.
